Don't part your hair in the middle, it's unflattering. And side bangs, they'd look really good on you. A little mascara, no need for eyeliner like your friend over there. Definitely keep a natural look going. The whole black eyeliner and intense colored eyeshadows aren't for everyone.

i would say to try a little more makeup but your hair looks great
dye your hair a lighter, chocolate brown and get some highlights. try parting your hair to the side





try a nude lip color and light pink cheeks with any color eye make up you want, blue would be pretty.

the parting doesnt do it for you so try just gripping- bobby pinning your hair back -or a side parting.


You definetly need mascar- brown would be better than black since your quite pale- and a thin line of brown eyeliner- light lipcolour would be great too- lipgloss or lipstick. Lipstick stays on longer and would make you look older.

Try a little bit of black mascara...dont do eyeliner just yet. Also, use a little bit of blush and maybe a bronzer? For your hair...straighten if and part it to the side. on the side with the most hair take a little from the front of your hair and twist it bakc and clip it. Simple and cute!

and for your makeup a light pink or clear lipgloss with black eyeliner and pink eyeshadow or black

as for make up, try a little eyeliner, mascara, concealer, neutral colored eyeshadow, and just a teeny bit of blush so your cheeks arent too pale.
ok, with your hair, i would suggest getting a fringe cut in, some choppy layers put all the way through and possible getting some blonde foils or streaks put through it, to give it more volume and shape and deifinition.





with makeup, i would recommend smokey eye makeup, alot of greys and blacks, and a good volumising mascara, you have beautiful blue eyes and you need to flaunt and define them as much as possible, and you seem to have fairly smooth skin, so maybe just a tinited moisturiser instead of foundation
