You could go 80's ...definetly a side ponytail, but you have to tease it all big, and if you have any type of bangs, you could curl them and tease them, an off the shoulder shirt would work well with your skirt and leggings, and dont forget pumps, makeup-lots of blush and pink lipstick, thats totally 80's, love it
