I have long fine brown layered hair and i always just use a straightener on it and leave it down, its so boring but i don't know what to do with it,, its so fine it hardly holds curls too.
My makeup:i'm fair/normal skin, brown eyes....... i wear black eyeliner(upper and lower)not too thick tho, black mascara, foundation, powder, sometimes blush but the blush is barely noticable. Not sure of the correct way to apply eyeshadow to make it look good(the 2-3 color blends) so i don't normally put any on. WHAT can i do more and differently??????? ideas? sites?New Hair and Makeup Ideas?
Go to your local mall. The major dept stores with makeup counters do make up at no charge. They'll give you good advice and help you choose the right colors.New Hair and Makeup Ideas?
you should try the angled bob haircut, it works best with people who have fine hair, and is really in right now. I've included a pic of Jenny McCarthy.
maybe try getting your hair cut a few inches or just get it layered a different way...your makeup sounds fine...i dont normally wear eyeshadow in the summer anyway, i try to go really natural...also for yur hair try putting it in a low ponytail( it looks really classy and sophisticated) or try some cute headbands....
I guess you could start using a brown colored eyeliner pencil %26amp; purple colored eyeshadow, that would look cute %26amp; maybe consider cutting your hair maybe shoulder length with layers that would look cute.
check out this site for some advice (even though it talks about prom, it still applies very well)

For the hair, try getting highlights, they look amazing with long layered hair! Or maybe even just dying it another color for a different look. Also, side bangs look great on everyone if you dont have them already, and parting your hair to one side gives it more style. For the makeup, the eyeliner %26amp; mascara song perfect, as for the eyeshadow, all I do is get my pencil eyeliner and draw like two light lines on my eyelids %26amp; smear them on my eyelid. It gives it a nice blending look that can match anything! I learned the trick off of TRL on MTV. For your lighter skin, apply less, because too much can look too dramatic. Just practice experimenting with it, it is much easier than perfecting eyeshadow! Hope that helped %26amp; good luck!
Consider brown eyeliner, and wamer tones of eyeshadow; those shades will help you to not look pale or harsh.
get side bangs if you dont already have them... i dk?
