Do I look better with or without makeup? Also hair ideas?

I don't know if I'm pretty or not either so if you could include what you think I should do to look better would you? Thanks! (I'm not doing this because of my lack of confidence, I'm just curious!) My hair is really long with layers.Do I look better with or without makeup? Also hair ideas?
You look a lot better without makeup. I think the makeup you are using is too light for your skin tone and the eyeshadow and blush colors are all wrong.





Go to a makeup counter like MAC and have them, give you a makeover. They will tell you what colors to use.

But i guess if i had to choose i would go with makeup but you could do so much with your eyes that it doesn't really matter.
Exercise always boosts confidence. With or with out makeup you're pretty and maybe you could try eye liner just on top lid to see how it looks.
