Hair dye / makeup?

i just dyed my hair DARRKKK red and like its really pretty. if i use the stuff in the shower thats made to keep hair red, will it lighten the color of my hair, or just keep it red.

and i wear both liquid and powder foundation. by the end of the day i have splotches of yellow/orange all around my face.

what can i do to stop that, and what brands of makeup do i use?

what makeup tips are there when working with concealer? thankkss!Hair dye / makeup?
It shouldnt lighten it, it should keep it red if its a good product. Red is very hard to keep in, and always fades no matter what, so just keep that in mind. I suggest a redken color extend shampoo.

Throw away the make up you have!! For a pretty cheap but good foundation, Loreal Infallible is fantastic and lasts all day, and doesnt turn orange!!

if you can afford it, get bare minerals, that stuff is amazing!!!!!Hair dye / makeup?
If you're talking about the shampoos and conditioners for red hair it won't do anything to it really. Make sure you use a colour maintaining shampoo.

Buy more expensive make up such as Mac or Benefit, even though it's not cheap it's worth the money. Mac has a special primer which they use on film shoots, TV and music vids etc which really works and keeps your makeup staying fresh all day.

Benefit concealers are great, make sure the colour matches your skin tone and buy different colours for summer/winter and different areas of your skin. For example your cheeks will be a different colour to your under eye where you will need a concealer with a different base colour. Go into Mac they'll advise you on the colours you need!
The red shampoo is supposed to keep your red hair red! It shouldn't change the tone.

As for the make up I use MAC, Cover Girl, and Benefit. You really just have to try a few different products out to see what looks good on your skin. Go to the make-up section in a department store and try a few different counters. Ask a girl at each counter to apply concealer for you and then walk outside with a mirror to see what it looks like on your skin in natural light.

Also, YouTube has tons of make-up tips and tutorial videos you can check out. And glamour.com is a great place to find make-up tips as well.

Good luck!
Use the natural herb ones not the chemical ones, maybelline, revlon and all that other stuff is no good.

Those kinds of make up will ruin your skin for life.

Try Nu-Skin =D.
