How can I improve my appearance--makeup ideas, hair, etc?? [picture] :)?

The truth is- I just don't get it. Guys don't really pay that much attention to me. It's kind of embarressing- I really hope no one I know is reading this! I am not going to go into detail about my thoughts and feeling, but I am posting this question just for some advice as to how I can improve my appearance and if there is something that I am doing that I should change. Thank you so much for letting me know- it really helps and I always award a best answer!





But anyway ---%26gt;I like a very natural look and don't really wear that much makeup except some concealer and mascara-but looking for something more. I am 16 years old and have a young face. My skin is lighter than in this photo (sorry for the lighting).

Actually, I think you are pretty and the natural look definitely works for you. As for how you could improve your appearance- I'm not really liking your bangs or how your hair is styled. Try a bang such as this:

and when styling your hair, either straighten it or curl it or sleep in braids for a beachy/wavy look which goes great with the whole ';natural'; vibe your going for. Your skin looks good so just keep using the concealer, you don't need foundation by the looks of it. Make sure to moisturize and use a primer (photofinish primer is great) before using the concealer. Chocolate brown eyeliner on your waterline + tightline would make your eyes ';pop'; and then wash a cream shaded eyeshadow across your lid and once you've done that, take a peachy bronze shadow and use that in your crease. It'll add depth and look really great =) Finish with a coral lipgloss!

I think you're good looking. Since I was a 16 year old guy once, I'll tell you that most guys in high school are probably too scared / nervous to talk to a girl like you. It's not that you aren't pretty enough, it's that guys are too nervous. If you really want a guy, you might have to make the first move. Or you aren't making it easy for guys to talk to you (you aren't really friendly, or don't smile enough, or aren't flirty, etc).

But anyhoo, if you want your face to look natural and not made-up, you should use a tinted moisturizer on your cheeks- it'll give you a subtle glow, and if it has SPF in it, all the better! I suggest getting tinted moisturizer from Clinique.
u r pretty i dont kno what ur talking about. but if u want to change something try a new hairstyle. get straight across bangs and cut 3 inches off ur hair then go to a grocery store and pick out a strawberry blonde hair HIGHLIGHTER not a die u should have highligths. if u dont like makeup thats fine u dont have to wear much

I think that all you need is a very natural color eyeshadow to make your eyes pop, and maybe a little eyeliner, nut not too much of either.

Keep the mascara and concealer, but add some blush and black eyeliner.
