How do I get my makeup and hair like this?

For hair-I want my hair cut like hers so what do i tell my stylist? In terms of layers, and bangs, etc...





For makeup-just tell me what to do, I'm hopeless at recreating looks unless someone tells me step by step what to do(by the way, please don't say anything about liquid eyeliner, I can't put it on =(

I'm not the best source for makeup advice, but for the hair, just print that picture out and take it to your stylist. He/she should be able to know what to do just from looking at the picture. I almost always bring a picture with me when I get my hair cut; it just makes the process a lot easier.
Say you want side swept bangs that hit just below eye level. The rest of your hair needs to be face framed and layered all over.


If you want make up like the girl in the picture its pretty simple, just sweep a neutral shade over your entire lid, then on the top using a liner pencil start at the inner corner of your eye and line the top rim as close to your lashes as possible. After you do that take a liner brush (which is at the end of a lot of makeup brushes) and dip it into black shadow, you can moisten the tip of your brush for a more dramatic look. This will help set your liner and give you a softer look.
Looks to me...like she has light brown hair, layered, and side bangs. For make up just put on eyeliner...the makeup she has on doesn't look very deep....o.O
Show ur stylist how short u want ur hair..than tell them that u want layers, according to the pic ur gonna want layers from ur shoulders to ur chin..n with ur bangs jus tell them u want choppy bangs..and with the makeup its really simple since it looks pretty natural..hopefully u already have foundation if not find one that works for u and is ur same shade..u can go to a makeup counter for that if u need to..as for eyeshadow the simplest way to do it is to find a color u like (brown, gold, silver, blue) and brush it over ur eye lid..using a black eyeliner go alongside the top of lashes and use some mascara after..top it off with some glossy lip gloss and ur good to go

Then when you go to style it, part it like her, but if you don't normallly part it like that, every night you have to clip it like that so it trains to be like that.





For the make up


do a little bit of eyeliner on the bottom just in the corner though,


and then a little mascara on the top not bottom.
Since your printer is broken, put it on your phone or take a picture of it with you camera. Then bring your phone or camera and show it to the stylist.
