Ideas on hair and makeup?

Ok so tonight i have a party to go to..and im wearing short shorts a dark purple tank with a green hollister sweatshirt.


I have light-medium brown hair,sliverish blue eyes and fair skin





what kind of make up would look good on me??


what kinda of hair would look go to?? ( i would like to wear it up but down is ok to)Ideas on hair and makeup?
Concealer / Foundation (if you use it)





If you want to wear shadow (optional) Choose a light color. Beige and light browns work well with blue eyes. Get something with a little shimmer.





If you want fuller looking lashes, use liner on the top lid, and then mascara (also on the top lid only). You can use liner under your eye as well, but it should appear thinner or lighter than the liner than on the top lid (or not as long). Your lashes should always look like they are fuller on top (Looks more balanced) Some ways to do this is to either use a lighter color for under the eye, or only draw the line to about 1/3rd of the way across the underside. Smudging the line is another way to soften the liner under the eye.





If you want longer looking lashes, use mascara on the top lashes only. No liner. Your lashes will appear more visible against a light colored shadow.





Lipstick %26amp; gloss, (or just a tinted gloss). If you are wearing a lot of eye makeup, don't go too dark with the lip color.. Keep it soft.





A touch of bronzer on your cheeks.
