Hair then make up .It depends on what do you do with your hair. I use a hair dryer that is why hair is first to me than make up .The hair dryer would mess my make up .

I put on my daily moisturizer with sunscreen pull my hair into a ponytail or french braid it and head out......

we were just talking about this hot topic yesterday!!! I put on make-up and then do my hair...I*m the only in my circle of friends who does that...everyone does hair then make-up...I like to give my hair time to dry...that*s why I do make-up first..
While my hair drys I do my makeup, then once its dried I style it. But, if Im in a rush.. Hair first them makeup.

i wash my hair, then wrap it in a towel to dry. Then, while my hair is up and out of the way, i moisturize and apply foundation and style my brows. Then, i dry and style my hair, then i finish my makeup with mascara and blush.

Makeup last. I don't always have time in the morning for it. So I might put on lip gloss at work.
