I don't think you need eyeliner on the top and here is the reason. Your lids are small and the liner closes your eyes. Wear it on the bottom and smudge it well (you can also use eyeshadow as a liner which gives a very soft natural look). Then add mascara.





I think I like the curly look - however, your hair is really pretty and you can wear it straight as well.
