Kay just some idea


Try a layer about 3 or 4 inches from your roots


(keep your length kay? just a layer :)


then take a teasing comb and tease the layer


use hair spray but only spray DIRECTLY at the teased roots


then add a little mousse to the rest of your hair to give it a little volume





teasing = taking a tight toothed comb and holding your the layer up comb TOWARDs your roots and in the opposite direction you would normally comb

maybe grow your hair out a biiiittt more and then either just wear top or bottom eyeliner and then just mascara on top..also if you put a bit on the bottom lashes it looks super cute. if you put a pretty brighter eyeshadow on or on just the bottom lash area....also if you put some on your eye lids as well as the inner lid area..that looks super cute

lose most of the eyeliner %26amp; use bronzer %26amp; blush for color =)
maybe dye it to one color,like blond,black or brown.Or you could add highlights to the blond that you have on top.Make-up:You can change the color of your eyeliner to something like pink or blue.
Ummmmm dye your hair all blonde.... and don't wear so much eyeliner.
You're eye make up is too dark so I'd say dim it down a little, if you're gonna add a lot of black, do it to the top in a fine layer of liquid black eye liner. I think you should grow your hair out and dye it a dark brown and add a few streaks of red, white-blonde, it would look nice.
