It looks like she just blow dried her hair with a large round brush, or possibly used large hot rollers to get that soft look. For her makeup, she went natural with her foundation and blush, and is using a clear gloss or lip balm. For her eyes, she lined the inside rim of her eye (the part around your eye that touches the white), lined her eyes entirely with black eyeliner, smoked it out and set it with black shadow and slightly smudged the edges so there's not a harsh line, and used a grayish silver on her eyelids. Lots of black mascara.How did she do her hair and makeup?
simple. they blow dryed her hair. and put it in rolling curls for 10 -15 minutes...then they brushed her hair out to give it that fullness.





makeup~they did a fo highundation primer, then a concelear, eyelighter,then coated her eyelashed top+bottom 2 times with black mascara to enhance her blue eyes gave her a bit of a smugy black eyeliner top+bottom and a dab od blush!



prob. blew it dry with a styling gel.. while tipping head upside down.


then put on a wave enhancer and rolled it in large rollers for approx. 5 min. then finished by brushing it out and misting with a strong hairspray.





make up- black eyeliner and a clear gloss.
