How do I get my hair like this? and makeup?

To get your hair like hers, I'd recommend you use a curling iron to curl your hair. Another option would be to use hot rollers or curlers. If you don't have either of those, try putting your hair in a braid while it's wet, take it out when it's dry, and then it should be wavy. (although that trick doesn't work for everyone so try it out before you wear it somewhere) You might want to put some curl gel, mousse, or spray in your hair to help it hold the curls. For her makeup, her eyes are very accented. So I'd say you should use black eyeliner, mascara, and maybe a little black eyeshadow. Her lips are pretty neutral, so I don't think you'll need any lipstick. Hope I helped! :)How do I get my hair like this? and makeup?
Okay, for the hair, I would suggest using either a barrel waver:

or loosely braiding your hair. If braiding, use a little gel, loosely braid your hair while it's wet, and wait for them to dry. Then shake them out with your fingers.

For the makeup, she has on a pale pink blush and a light pink balm/creamy lipstick. For the eyes, line them in black (grey or purple work if you don't want it to look too harsh). Use mascara and a little bit of grey eye shadow on the lids and slightly smudged onto the brow bone. A highlighter on the brow bone is optional-if you use any, try a pearl color. Hope that helps!
It's a very basic natural look I guess.

There's a tutorial on this on youtube that should get you started

Basically, first steps include using concealer for under eyes/darkness, foundation, a bit of blush, nothing red just something to give you a pleasent glow.

For hair use a curler, gently wrap small segmants of hair at a time round the tong and keep it held for a short while not too tight, experiment, if it's to loose and there are barely any movement in the hair do it once more for longer. If the curls become too tight run your fingers through it a couple of times or try to straighten it with damp hands.

Ah but the curler thing might be a bit confusing. An alternative would be to part your hair down the centre, and braid/plat your hair
Then take a skin colored eyeshadow and apply it all over the lid and up to the brow bone.

then take a brown eyeshadow ( http://www.annabellecosmetics.com/Produi鈥?/a> ) and brush some color from the outer corner in, but don't go all the way across your lid. do a little triangle on the outer corner then blend inwards so you get a smokey look almost, and it looks like its fading into the lighter color. blend a little over the crease so you see some of the color.

start with a brown eye pencil ( http://www.esteelauder.com/product/spp.t鈥?/a> in slate writer)

and line 3/4 of the way of the top of your lid,Blending into the lash line. then line the bottom of your lashes 1/2 way and smudge a little bit.

then take a primer and prime your lashes( http://www.smashbox.com/LAYER-LASH-PRIME鈥?/a> apply two coats of black thickening and curling mascara(http://www.almay.com/Pg/Main/CatProdDet.鈥?/a> ( or curl your lashes before)

and then finish of by applying foundation. then apply some bronzer UNDER your cheek bone. then use a peachy colored blush and apply a little bit to the apples of your cheeks.

A pale pink/peachy lip stain (http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?鈥?/a> in pure nude) on your lips and then coat with a clear gloss if you wish your done! :)

HAIR:

wash your hair with SunSilks Daring Volume ( http://www.sunsilk.us/products.php) then apply the waves of envy line . braid your hair in a french braid on both sides and let dry for most part. once its still kinda damp then take a defuser and blow dry your hair downwards ( blow drying pointing the nossel down not up) once its fully dry take a 1/2 '; to a 1'; curling iron and on a medium setting curl the curls that didn't curl. and ta da!! :) good luck :D
Black eye liner on lower and upper line (smudge in with finger). Black Mascara. Light pink or clear gloss on lips. Easiest way to do hair simular would be to do platts in wet hair and leave overnight. Not too small or it will frizz and get them as close to skull as possible. Hairspray.
