Hair and makeup for this dress?

OK so i'm going to my cousins wedding and it's later in the day until later into the night. So I have brown eyes, and brown hair that is on the thin side. I was really wondering what to do with my eyes. Please add pictures!!!!!! Thanks bye

Because you're going for daytime make-up you don't need anything too heavy - plus it's quite a statement dress so you don't want to detract attention away from it or look overdone, you just want to complement it. You COULD go with pillar box red lipstick, or just a nice nude lip gloss. For the eyes, I'd say lay off the eyeshadow, and go with liquid eyeliner on your upper lash line, with lots of lengthening / defining mascara.
First of all, that dress is super cute. If your hair is on the thin side try curling it and then running your fingers gently through the curls. You can also use curlers instead of an iron.
