it depends on your age: if you are still in your teenage years, choose sheer pink eyeshadow match with a pinkish red gloss and a hint of light pink blush. if you are in your young adult years, choose a sheer sophisticated eye shadow that would probably still have a hint of pink, but lighter and more subdued. this will enable red lips to pop out. i suggested pink and red tones for your makeup because you want your makeup to complement your beautiful dress and not to clash or draw away from it. the pink and red tones would also look great with the brown color of your hair and eyes. i also suggested these colors as opposed to natural-looking beige just to add more drama since it is later in the day and down to night. people usually use more colors for evening occasions.Hair and makeup for this dress?
Because you're going for daytime make-up you don't need anything too heavy - plus it's quite a statement dress so you don't want to detract attention away from it or look overdone, you just want to complement it. You COULD go with pillar box red lipstick, or just a nice nude lip gloss. For the eyes, I'd say lay off the eyeshadow, and go with liquid eyeliner on your upper lash line, with lots of lengthening / defining mascara.
First of all, that dress is super cute. If your hair is on the thin side try curling it and then running your fingers gently through the curls. You can also use curlers instead of an iron. This gives your hair volume and creates a natural salon style look. For makeup go for brown or purple eyeshadow with a little black eyeliner and mascara. And go natural, don't overdo it. Hope this helps!
