Since you have nice features you can use a range of different colors. I would suggest using mellow, subtle colors. Such as light pinks or pale corals. But you can use black eyeliner to define those blue eyes. Your face will look nice with various color schemes. So play it up with anything from smokey to brights! Have fun with it!
Brown eyeliner with a pale pink eyeshadow then some bronzer.
