You are pretty. Your hair looks shiney and healthy. I think you are wearing the wrong colour of eye liner though and that it is too dark. The natural look always looks best. You know your make up is perfect when nobody can tell you have any on.

is you're eyeliner black black? from the picture, it seems a little bit dark for your hair color. you might want to try charcoal or brown. also, you can try lightening it up toward the inside of your eye and keeping the line darker and thicker on the outer corner. the hair looks great.

whats with young pretty girls and that black raccoon makeup? you are pretty and hair is fine but tone down all that mess around your eyes. no offense but there are two huge turnoffs with young pretty girls; tall girls that slouch (because they subconciously dont like being so tall) and black eyeliner racooning out at everyone. less IS in fact better, wher makeup is concerned!!
