always use professional colours like matrix it is specially for parlour use u really get cool results with it





anyways now ur problem is to lighten the dark hair u can surely do that use a lighter color see the shadecard first but if u have just recently put the color u will have to first make ur hair more lighter then put the required color

you should use naturel make up, because with it, it dosnt really matter your hair coclor, it matters your complection and your eye color.

i like natural makeup on people with brown hair but it really matters what color eyes you have also if you put that up i would be happy t give you better advice ^_^toodles^_^
Do your makeup soft and natural. For the eyeshadow, put on a shiny, peachy color~not too much. For the mascara and eyeliner, do black, but don't put on a lot of eyeliner. For the lips, you could go for a nude lip color. or just put lip gloss on.
