Yeah its probably been edited. Hair, i would suggest the 3H black, (shown in the link) add a bit off glitter maybe, loads of hairspray and basically style it into the way you want it (or, if your worried you can always go to your hair salon with the picture and ask them to do that for you)
With the Makeup, her face has obviously been edited butt a firm cover foundation, good quality mascara (no clumping one is best), black eyeliner, (shes usingg a liquid eyeliner I think..) and a cute pink blusher, may do the trick, Lol sorry know its long x Good luck x

Her hair colour is kinda like dark purple/blue....most boots sells hair dye that are that colour, so you should have a look...Her make-up is really bright colours, Barry M does a range of glitter bright colour eyeshadows, mascaras and eyeliners. Most stores like boots and superdrug sells Barry M collection. Also try the GOSH collection which is sold at superdrug.
