wear your hair down curly. a shimmery tangerine-ish colored eyeshadow with eyeliner%26amp;mascara and something simple for your lips like a clear gloss. good luck %26amp;have fun [=
i say simple. a casual up do like the front held back with a clip to match your jewelry and loose curls. and you could do a silvery shimmery eye and a rose lip or all neutral.

do your hair in a curly up-do if it is long enough if not keep it the way it is, maybe add some curls or something like that. do your make-up so it compliments your eyes(if you have brown eyes stick with green, orange or light brown. if you have green eyes do a combo of dark browns and light browns, or oranges that compliment your dress, if you have blue eyes try pinks or oranges) add some foundation, blush mascara and lipgloss and your ready to go!!

The dress is vibrant enough, so I would go with hair down. Curly locks would bring class to the dress which with the right attitude, could be very sexy. I would wear very light eye makeup, except for eye liner and mascara. Your main focus should be the skin. Get a good bronzer that will make you glow. An orangy-red lipstick would go perfect with the dress.

i would go with something up but simple. the dress is more exciting, so the hair so be low key. make-up, i would also go with a natural look.
