omg ive always wanted black hair and blue eyes. aqua colors would look so pretty! pink lipgloss would match and black eyeliner.
do your eyes with a darker shadow, like blacks and silvers. and a soft pink or neutral tint on your lips with a little gloss. i think tour eyes will pop out more.
umm blue goes with dark colors....
