Hair and Makeup?

I am going to be a ballroom dancer for Halloween and I don't know how I should do my hair and makeup.

Your hair should be pulled up and your makeup should be perfect. Match your eyeshadow and lipstick with your dress. Your eyes should be dark and mysterious, heavy eyeliner and mascaraHair and Makeup?
Well if you wanna look different you should put weird color lip gloos and if you want to you could also buy hair spray like the color red and blue and you could do one side blue the other red and dont forget eye liner it is very important well good luck =)!
I think you should have your hair up in a bun, and some light make-up with red lipstick.
you need a powered wig if you try to be in the 1880 and in those time periods but if it tis more present try you hair up or curly and you make up should be natrual looking but pop out

put on foundation that is paler than your skin tone

about your hair... i dont know its length, style etc.. so i cant help
light foundation, bronzer, dark red lip (loreal color riche), black liquid eyeliner (N.Y.C), volumizing/lengthening mascara (loreal voluminous). keep it simple and clean but gorgeous, unique and sexy as well. have fun!
