Hair and makeup for 8th grade graduation/dance??

ok so i got this really pretty dress.... its brown and silky and has this silver bead thing going down the center and then it stops when it reaches the waist... its like scrunched on top and then its loose and flowy, little below my knees... its strapless except it has this skinny little string that makes it like a halter... and its dark brown by the way.... i need to know what style of hair and makeup would look good.... my skin is kind of olive and i am kinda tan.... i have brown eyes.... my hair is a lil past my shoulders and is light brown, naturally wavy, and pretty thick.... how should i do my hair and makeup?? sorry dont have any pictures but here are some tips:makeup-for eye makeup i would go with some smokey brown eyeshadow with some eyeliner and mascara wear some blush and wear some lipgloss dont put too much of anything or else you'll end up lookin like a clown at ur graduation lolz for ur hair curl it and leave it out or curl it and do a updo with too curls out or have it straight and out hope i've helped and congratsHair and makeup for 8th grade graduation/dance??

Do your hair up in a bun, or if you don't want to look too studious, try a french braid. Both would be very attractive and complimentary to the scrunch topped, nearly strapless dress you described.


Not too much makeup, just a bit of light brown eye shadow and some dark red lipstick. That should go well with olive skin.


You'll be beautiful and at the same time respectable enough for a graduation/dance.


It makes me wish I was still in school.

icy pink lipgloss will be stunning!
you have a great skin tone, go with an eyeshadow colour thats bright in contrast to your eyes (natural purple/green), this will bring them out, use black eyeliner, top and bottom and a bit of mascara, this will give you dazzling eyes! also use a pale pink lip gloss.


as for hair, i would go to a hair dressers and get it put up, with strands hanging down, but they will be able to help a lot!

ant updo will look fine match your dress with makeup, don;t over do it you'll look really weird, depends what color you're eyes are but if they are brown go for a light brown

then try to enhance you're waves by either sleeping in curlers, curling your hair and combing through it with a wide tooth comb, or sleeping in a tight bun.
