Unless you intend to wash and/or dry it first. But then you can still do that then style it after you do your makeup lol
ur make up first so that if you hair gets in the way of ur face or part of it you can still put ur make up with ease.
I think makeup cause if you do your hair first it might get in the way of putting on your makeup...Thats what I do!
