i would try straightening your hair, or adding volume and making your hair extra curly. For makeup, i would go for cool shades. As for foundation, try Bareminerals. Its my favoriteI need hair and makeup ideas?

and make up use dark brown mascara and eyeliner
with whatever color your dress is eyeshadow blended with a nice neutral tone for the ultimate mature looking make-up.
[i said blend with beige because if you dont you will look like a five year old]

it all depends on how formal it is...and what you are wearing...i have green eyes..and I wear a brown/black mascara...purple shimmery eyeshadow, with a purple eyeliner...its makes green stand out against the purple..but if you have more of a blue eye..you can also use brown
